List of School Site Homeless and Foster Youth Liaisons
Students experiencing homelessness have a right to:
- Immediate enrollment in school of origin or school where currently residing without proof of residency, immunization records or tuberculosis skin-test results, school records, or legal guardianship papers
- Education and other services, including the right to participate fully in all school activities and programs for which the child is eligible, automatic qualification for school meal programs, transportation services, and access to the homeless liaison to resolve disputes that may arise during enrollment

- Homeless youth shall not be required to attend a separate school for homeless children or youth and shall not be stigmatized by school personnel
