The Governing Board of the La Mesa-Spring Valley School District will hold a Public Hearing at their regular meeting of September 30, 2025, at 6:00 pm at the Education Center, located at 4750 Date Avenue, La Mesa, CA 91942. To comply with Education Code 60119 and the Williams Settlement the District must hold a public hearing to determine through a Board resolution whether each pupil in the District, within the first eight weeks of the start of the 2025 - 2026 school year, has or will have sufficient textbooks and/or instructional materials in each subject area that are consistent with the content and cycles of the curriculum framework adopted by the California Board of Education.
