No Place For Hate

The Anti-Defamation League awarded STEAM Academy with it’s No Place For Hate designation for the second straight year!

STEAM students believe we have the right to live and learn in a safe, respectful, and inclusive school; and that no child should experience discrimination/harassment based on any immutable characteristic.

We meet weekly to further these goals for our school and community

Each year, our DAILY block schedule provides 90+ hours of extended learning time in Science & Math, and provides more time to master concepts, finish labs, and complete projects.
We offer over 15 Clubs & Sports run by dedicated and supportive staff members.
We have a robust ASB that is continuously creating fun and competitive spirit days and rallies.
We regularly have performances for the community that display the talents of our Dance Teams (Beginning, Intermediate, Advanced, K-Pop), Music (Concert Band, Symphonic Band, Choir), as well as an in-house Friday Broadcasts created by our student Media team.
We have weekly Social-Emotional Learning lessons and DAILY Intervention classes for assistance staying organized & planning for the future.
We are an anti-bullying school certified by "No Place For Hate" & "Friends Of Rachel".
